To put it short the chair is great. I believe the one I purchased "Brown 008" is their newest model and it is one hell of a deal. Assembly is fairly simply although slightly tedious as all of the bolts come half installed leaving you to unscrew them with the Alen wrench included, provided you don't own a screwdriver or drill with the correct bit. 30 minutes altogether no big deal. The only other con before the pros is if you like a chair with no lumbar whatsoever than this is not the chair for you.PROS-Price, extremely budget friendly and the materials used are great for the price point compared to any other chairs at the 150 mark.-Comfortability, I'm a bigger guy, 6'2" 270lb, with large legs and prior to this had a chair with wings that would dig into my legs but problem solved here with the comfortable base of this chair. You're also going to be sitting on about 3 inches or stiff but comfortable padding that feel like it won't give out over time. The wings on the back are extremely padded with no rough edges into your back and the included lumbar and neck pillows are extremely soft to the touch and made from quality memory foam. Everything about this chair makes it easy to sit in for hours.-Ergonomics, there is an internal lumbar support which I didn't see advertised when I purchased which is easily controlled by a knob on the right side. At the lowest setting there is still support no matter what but I do have to say it makes your back feel great after sitting in it for long periods of time. The armrests are quite large and are a medium stiffness rubbery material that is squishy enough for your elbows to get comfortable. They also move practically any way you could want them too and you can adjust overall width even more when you install them. You can fully recline in the chair and you won't have to worry about the balance at all because it is very sturdy and you won't sink because it has a 550lb capacity on the gasket.Overall I gave this chair a 4 because it hits all the right notes with good materials, comfortability, internal lumbar, fully adjustable armrests, great design, and basically all the features of a $500 chair for a fraction of the price however couldn't get the 5 for the tedious way the bolts were shipped and noticeable lumbar support of the lowest setting. Personally I love it.Lumbar pillow not soft uncomfortableUse for computer chairIt’s a very nice comfy chair the Assembly was more difficult thoughFor the price, this is a good chair. It's somewhat comfortable as-is for short durations or if you don't live in a hot climate. Personally, I had to add a breathable gel cushion to the bottom because my legs were sticking to the faux leather and my tailbone was hurting a bit. With a cushion added, though, this chair is very comfortable and the adjustable lumbar pillow helps me avoid slouching and hurting my back the way I used to when I had just a normal kitchen chair.I like the adjustable recline and the wheel casters seem reasonably sturdy though I work from a corner and don't roll enough to judge durability.Aside from the kind of silly branding of "Play Haha" with faux e-sports logos, it's a nice looking chair. I've received compliments on it and already don't hate sitting long hours at the computer as much as I used to. (Plus, reclining to read or watch a movie is so much nicer than just leaning forward against my table the way I used to!)That said, however, I highly doubt that this chair has anywhere near the advertised weight capacity. I've had it for maybe a month now, and it already squeaks a bit - and I'm under half of the rated weight capacity! It also wobbles a lot from side to side, which makes me worry it won't last for long... but admittedly does not impact comfort or function for me.I intend to get arm rest covers because the chair has gross, hard, weirdly porous arm rests that aren't particularly nice feeling. But honestly, even with armrest covers and a cushion added to the total, it's far more affordable than the big name gaming chairs and thus much more attainable and reasonable for those of us who are on tight budgets.I got this instead of a normal office chair, and I'm glad I did. I use the recline adjustment almost daily (it feels quite sturdy) and love the neck support.I work a lot and I usually get one or two days off. So typically I spend those days gaming. I read all reviews about this chair; as usual, it's a mixed review. So, I decided to give it a try. It was easy to put together at first but then I noticed that it came loose within weeks of buying the chair. I am under 400 lbs and yet the chair lowers on its own. The seat is not comfortable and you figure if a company makes a chair for big people, they would figure to widen the seat since we all know that big people do not have small legs or butts. The lead back was cool till it started to slip and send me backward. I know it was a cheaper chair but you figure they would make acuate dimensions and make sure their product is tested correctly.Only had this chair a little over a month and it is falling apart. The Hydronics stopped working several weeks ago and the chair just goes down and will not come back up by using the handle. You come back an hour later and it is all the way up by itself and will not go down until you sit in it, then at some point it will go down by itself. Now the seat keeps coming loose and you fall over when you try to stand up. I would send it back but I didn't save the box. They gave me a full refund.I don't normally write reviews but.... I've had a really crappy cloth chair for the last 4-5 years and this was a serious upgrade. I'm not exactly considered "small" but this chair suits me so well. The steps are incredibly easy and I love the setup! I got the purple color (as in the picture) and I love how it reclines and the arm rests are adjustable! 5/5, i've done my fair share of online window shopping and this is a really good upgrade for a pretty decent price.
