I'm so happy with my chair. I'm a very indecisive person so I bounced back and forth between this chair and another chair I loved with a much more well known brand. I am SO GLAD I got this one. The colors are even more beautiful in person. My office/gaming room I'm currently trying to put together has a pastel rainbow unicorn theme and although this chair actually features a cat pillow and I'm a big dog lover/cat disser person, I could not be more in love with it and I just realized it matches a pair of rainbow unicorn headphones I had ordered more for decorative purposes to a T. My husband who is a complete slow poke and easily frustrated when putting anything together, had this chair assembled and ready to go in maybe 30 minutes from the time the box was opened and dumped out. Also it is very comfortable and at first my husband thought the arm rests didn't move and I sat in it and figured out how to adjust it instantaneously. It's all just so common sense and built in a way where you don't even have to think in order to make adjustments. I included close-ups so u get a better perspective of the material and colors. Hope this helps if you're indecisive like me!This is the second chair we have ordered. My first chair has been awesome -- absolutely no issues (sitting in it now). The second chair was received without a pillow but the company was fantastic at getting one sent to us. Recently the second chair broke after my son leaned back. I reached out to the company, and again, they have been fantastic about responding to us. I would absolutely buy another chair from them and recommend them to others. In fact, I recommended this gaming chair to a friend two days ago and I told her of our experiences.I've been looking for a new pink gaming chair to replace the one I've owned for over 2 years and this one caught my eye. I simply LOVE how this chair looks! Can't go wrong with 2 tones of my favorite color and the kitty head rest is a nice bonus! The chair is much more firm than my previous one so I see myself owning this for a few years.However, there were some downsides which resulted to me knocking a star off. The instructions weren't 100% clear to follow. You have to rely on pictures only since there's little to no words to read. Thankfully I have a bit of experience in putting together a gaming chair, but I'd be concern for someone that's new to it. Also I'm pretty sure this is just me, but one of the arms I got with the chair came differently. If you look at the 3rd picture, you can see that the switch to adjust the height of the arm rest is placed inside instead of outside the arm rest. You can compare it to the 4th picture, which has the switch outside, the right way. I'll try to get with customer service on this one but other than that I don't detect any other issues.Overall, if you're a gamer that loves the color pink and looking for a chair to fit your style, I recommend this one!The chair is cute. The instructions to assemble are clear and easy to understand/follow.The first chair I received felt like I was leaning more towards the right. I contacted the company and they sent me a replacement chair. I didn't have to mail back the old chair, but they did ask for me to send out specific parts to someone else.The second chair I received was sturdier and would not lean towards the right for the first week or so. Now I am stuck with a chair that leans towards the right because the refund window is long gone. It upsets me that I spent so much money on a defective chair.If you do get the chair, make sure you just make sure it's good. It's a cute chair and I honestly loved it while it was not defective.I absolutely love the design of the chair but it is not really that comfortable. I wish it was softer and thicker. I ordered this chair because I have to take online classes because of the pandemic but this chair isn't something I want to sit in all day. I'm going to now have to order a chair mat. Also there are some faults in the instructions. The images show some parts in reverse so I second guess myself on which way it was supposed to go so it made putting the chair together a little longer.Knocked it down a star because the gas lift cover was missing out the box, and from the instructions the lumbar pillow was supposed to have straps to secure it to the chair and there were none with mine. Both are MI or cosmetic issues to me. Other than that the chair was easy to put together and is solid. I'm 6'2 240 and it's nice to sit in a chair that doesn't give under my weight.The instructions were printed very small, and on a single sheet of paper, but everything was correctly labeled and included with the product so it wasn't too difficult to assemble as some others have noted. The armrests do have a tiny wobble to them because of the ability to adjust them, but its certainly not a deal breaker. The back of the chair is also on the shorter side of any chair i have owned (I am 5'11") but its still tall enough to be comfortable. Also the trim on the chair appears white in all the pictures but i was pleasantly surprised to find out it was actually holo! All in all a great chair so far, will edit my review if anything changes!
