Crash Bandicoot Trilogy Gaming Phone & Controller Holder - Officially Licensed Cable Guys Stand for Mobile Devices - Perfect for Gaming Setups, Desk Organizers & Collectors Display

My Wife & I (okay, mostly me) have started to amass a large amount of Xbox One controllers. Between special editions like Sea of Thieves & Titanfall to all of our Design Lab creations, we've run out of charging stands & docks to keep them all on. My bright idea is to start using normal rechargeable batteries in the controllers we don't use a lot and just put them on display stands.I came across these Cable Guy stands while looking for other Crash Bandicoot swag. I was a little hesitant at first, mainly because they only look "okay" in the pictures and the fact that $25 to display one controller seemed a bit much. Well, as someone who can be very picky & hard to please, I must say I was extremely surprised at how nice the Crash Bandicoot sculpt is and how bright the colors are. The body has a really nicely textured fur which does not come across well in the Amazon photos, and while I haven't tried any of our PS4 controllers, I can say the Xbox One controllers fit nice & snug into Crash's hands. A couple of reviews have talked about blemishes in the paint. Obviously I can't attest to what anyone else has received, but I can say my paint job is flawless (as an art school graduate, I tend to notice every little imperfection). He's also larger than I'd pictured in my head and while not overly heavy, Crash is definitely well designed, well made & heavy enough that tipping is absolutely not an issue. One minor note is that the base he stands on (at least the one I received) is black rather than the pictured grey.All in all, I plan on picking up a few of the Cable Guy stands for some of our other controllers. In all actuality, I'm ordering Sonic & Spyro as soon as I finish this review (maybe Vault-Boy too). If you're in the market for a nice way to display your controllers and you're on the fence about purchasing this one, I recommend it very highly.
