Its OK - - Runs my SAVI headset for about 6 hours - - just NOT quite the whole daySo - - I had to spend another $30 for a plantronics charger & battery to swap out for the last couple of work hours.WH500 http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005DQVHYY/However, IF I remain employed long enough to use up THIS battery, I will probably replace it with another just like it.-4/15/17 Update: Battery now 4 Mos old and only lasts 2 hours.I have to credit the vendor - they honored the warranty and send another - -However the replacement does not seem to fit on the above external chargerAnd it is a small struggle to get it on the SAVI headset (which I managed to do)-Fortunately, the Plantronics charger comes with a spare battery, so with my old one and the new one, I should be set.Yeah, so received this item. Everything seems ok but its VERY hard to snap into place. Not like the original that snaps right in, needs a little elbo grease which i really don't like.Battery works fine but size is not a perfect match for OEM battery. It is slightly bigger and does not "drop" into charging cradle as easily.The old battery lasts longer than this one. I do not find this one very good. It was delivered quickly and I was happy getting it quickly but disappointed in the product itself.The models do not work with the plantronic headset says it’s the correct model but the pins do not line up orinal have 2 pins this has 3No special comments...it worked perfectly out of the box and now my headset is back to holding a full day's conversations on an overnight charge. It just worked out of the box so it gets a 5.The battery has lasted 2 years of hard usage in a "call center" type environment. Held charge very well for about 20 months.I dont know what more to say about a batteryWorks perfectly, very satisfied. Delivery on advertised date!Battery do not keep charge no more than 4hrsExcellent merci
