We got our desk for our 15 year old son who is a gamer, but also a good student. He needed a desk like this for his gaming and for his homework. We got it all assembled and then saw that it had a rip on the top portion. So we wrote the company asking if they had another top piece so they wouldn't have to send a whole other desk and we wouldn't have to disassemble this desk and then haul it over to the ups store, we were hoping to just replace the damaged part of the desk. They wrote us back almost immediately and said they would see if they had an extra piece and get back to us asap. Unfortunately they didn't have the piece we needed so they told us they would ship us a whole new desk and to just keep the other desk and do with it what we wanted. I thought that was so amazing that there are still companies out there that care about customer service. It goes a long way in my opinion because now I'm going to tell all my friends about this company and I'm writing this review to brag about how great they are. I will take the damaged desk and put it in my office and then let my son get the new desk. I could use a nice new desk like this and I don't mind the damaged top. Thank you Bestier for your amazing customer service and your awesome quick resolution. I can't thank you enough for how wonderful of an experience it was to do business with your company. You guys should be proud of how well you treat your customers. I'm very impressed!! The damage to the desk wasn't that big of a deal to me, but my son was really upset about it. Now he's happy and I'm happy and got a new desk for myself out of the situation. Bestier is a great company and I hope they do very well in the future and I'm sure they will with the way they do business and treat their customers.Pros:The size is about perfect for me personally, I picked this desk for that reason. I'm able to comfortably fit my laptop, a keyboard and mouse, a large curved monitor, a switch, and some miscellaneous items pretty comfortablyMonitor shelf seems sturdy enough for both of my monitorsCons:One corner of the monitor shelf arrived damaged - both top and bottom of the corner are noticeably chipped and I will likely need to sand that down so that I do not hurt myself on it in the futureBeing nitpicky here, but the rails on the edges of the desk interfere with the clamp for a microphone stand I have been using, so I'm not able to place it where I would like toOverall the desk seems good for what I need it for, and if it holds up for a few years I'll be happy. I would recommend having a second person with you when you assemble the desk to keep some of the rails in place, otherwise assembly could be a bit tricky.My wife bought this desk for her gaming room and I liked it so much I bought one for mine. Nice and large, plus the led goes with my pc. My only complaint is the shelf isn't big enough to fit my monitor 100% but it stays on fine.This desk fulfilled all of my expectations! I was in need of upgrading my smaller desk and wanted a corner desk with the area to set up my equipment to work from home and my own personal gaming setup on the other. I managed to do this with a lot of room left to spare and neither side interfering with the other; it is amazing. The desk is of great quality and spacious. I'm really enjoying it and I highly recommend this product to anyone in need of a desk such as this.Solid desk, packaged well. Instructions were easy to follow. Biggest complaint I do have however is despite being shown to easily setup as 2 individual smaller desks or a 72in. Long desk, that in order to do either with the current supplied screws I would have to give up the added monitor self w/LED strip. I was going to try the long setup but wouldn't have enough screws with what was supplied to secure the bars under the surface piecesGot desk set it up it is a great desk easy to put together but plugged in led strip to USB port and does not work there is a controller hooked on there but no where is there a on / off switch. So I guess they don’t work.It gives me so much room! With 5 monitors and two laptops with space to write, it's awesome.Love the desk, super easy to assemble & seems very sturdy. My only complaint is that they sent me the wrong color & the plug for the rgb light broke very easily when I tried to plug it in.Quick and easy to assemble, looks good, nice LED light. However, the two main desk panels both had damaged corners showing chip board on the surface. Too much hassle too return so tried my best to hide them. It wasn't transit damage either as the box was fine. Looks like dropped before packed so buyer beware.Easy to assemble and has clear instructions how to do this, all parts are numbered, be careful not to use bolts that are to long on table top pieces they will come through the laminated wood, follow instructions carefully and use the correct lettered screws! Picture was taken half way through setting up all of the equipment onto /underneath the desk, computer fits snugly under the desk. Connect all cables then slide computer under the middle of desk, very pleased with my Amazon purchase and would recommend this product.I am so happy with this desk, so much cheaper than the majority of them out there but far superior!! It looks incredible, so sturdy, I don’t like diy and I’m not great at it, but even I was able to do it by myself and had it all done and up in one afternoon (I’m sure you’ll be able to do it quicker! I’m just really bad at this stuff) and the company could not be anymore kind and helpful, honestly I want everyone to buy this desk because the people who work there all deserve a giant raise, so if you’ve got two different choices for desk currently in your basket do yourself a favour and press buy on this one! It’s probably cheaper anyway and it’s more than worth the priceNice desk, easy to assemble. We didn't realise but the square black ends were broken once we assembled the desk. I emailed the company who wasn't willing to send the plastic ends and for me to buy from a local shop!! Disgusting won't buy from this company again!! Or on amazon I have to send the whole desk back I only need 2 plastic ends ridiculous!!?Bought this for my son for Christmas. He loves it! Easy to assemble and looks great. One happy 8 year old.
