The colors are so nice! Very easy to put together, I thought the instructions were very clear, and they even had real pictures, and there was a diagram that showed what each piece was. Pretty quick to put together. Seems to work well once put together. Surprised that the wheels work on my thick-ish carpet when no one is seated in chair. When it has weight in it it's harder to wheel on the carpet though. Box when arrived was quite heavy, and a kind of awkward size...I had to carry it from my complex's office to my apartment, and pushed it most of the way and it was kind of a struggle lol. The chair itself is perfect for my small space, and fits me alright, but if you're tall I don't know if this chair would be for you. I'm only 5ft, and where the headrest is is still too low for me, but I found it kind of annoying anyway because it kept me from being able to lay my back flat against the back of chair, so I just took it off and am not using it for now. I'm not sure what the electronic thing is in the lumbar rest pad, but it's removable, so I took that out too since I don't think it's something I will need to use. It feels sturdy enough to feel generally safe using it, but it still feels a tad bit wobbly, and sometimes I hear metal knocking against metal sound when I stand from it, and I'm not sure if it's in how I put it together (I followed all instructions and tightened all the screws well), or if it's just meant for people much lighter than me (I don't think I'm overweight, but I am an adult who could probably still stand to loose a tad bit of weight lol, and this chair might be meant for teens?). Anyway, everything is great, only downsides were box was heavy and hard to carry a bit of a short distance and up stairs, wheels move great on carpet when not seated, but hard to move them when seated in chair, and headrest too low, and can't figure out a way to set it higher up.
