Before I write anything I want to say that the customer support is amazing! I picked this chair out and continued shopping. By the time I went to buy my kids presents the blue was unavailable so I stuck with the red chair. Well the very next day guess what? The blue one was available again. Lol. So I emailed them and explained to them I wanted the blue chair. They responded really quick and told me they would ship the blue instead of the red. That was so amazing they did that. They could have easily said no. Okay so with that said here's my review. I bought this for my daughter for christmas and just put it together, which was a lot easier than I expected. Took like a half an hour and that was with me taking my time. Instructions was a lot less than I expected but all you need to do is look how each step is done. My 9 year old son could have put this together. So besides that, its such a nice chair. So big and comfy. The little massage pillow is cool but I already know my daughter will probably take that off. Mainly because you have to have it plugged in to the wall to have it turn on. And she won't be close enough to an outlet for that to be possible. Well not one close enough for the cord to reach. Besides that I have nothing bad to say about this chair. I love it and my daughter will too. I can't wait for christmas for her to get it into her room and at her desk.The chair was great although it did crack at the base. The company responded and replaced the chair promptly. I would recommend ordering from them. They honor their product.A+++ Great Item Fast ShippingFrom the time the box arrived (in a timely manner) it took about 45 minutes to put it together. The instructions are straight-forward, not difficult to understand although as usual with these types of things, I cannot tell similar-sized screws apart. I would like to see color-coded screws so as to know which ones to use. Despite that, putting the chair together was not difficult.The chair comes with a usb-connectable vibrating massage pillow which is unnecessary. It distracts from gaming!The retractable foot rest adds an extra "Hey, neat!" feature to the chair but isn't used much.The back of the chair has two open gaps to allow your back to air out and not get so sweaty.After about a month of use, nothing has broken, come loose, frayed, or any negative thing. It is a good, solid chair, big and roomy. I would certainly buy another one if I needed to.i like the chair, i wish i could raise it - but you cant do that. its at the height its for. only other issue is my wheel base does not move easy, i feel like i struggle to get the wheel assembly part to move easier. feels like it needs some WD 40I bought the chair for my 100 lb son, and it already creaks badly after 2 weeks. I wish I could return it, but it's fully assembled, and I already threw away the box.My husband and son put it together rather quick. My daughter needed a chair for her virtual schooling and game playing. It’s sturdy so far no complaints. I would buy it again.I was happy with how quickly I received it now I can sit more comfortably at my desk. Putting it together was rather easy and simple. Downside is I don't like there's a gap between the back piece and the seat cushion. But over all it was worth the money. But if you have short arms trying to reach the handle to unlock and lock the seat when it's all the way back is a really hard to do, unless you sit completely up in the seat on your own first. I guess time will tell on how comfy it remains. So far it's a firm cushion which isn't to bad for sitting on.
